Essentially, bringing this plugin into the current decade.

Noting that this update will be based on changes present in these two zc200 PRs:

The update will require zc158a/zc200, due to the change in includes/modules/prod_prev_next.php provided in this Zen Cart commit: https://github.com/zencart/zencart/commit/40cbdf0c405e8a81ab82d58ffc4829a5996eff2c

This update also removes the required template-dependent changes for /includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_products_next_previous.php from the distribution zip-file. See this Wiki article for additional information.
