Standardize indentation, use ZC functions where possible #13

Prior to the restructuring for the multi-page issue, perform some standardization regarding indentation (2 spaces) and use the built-in Zen Cart 'html-output' functions, where possible.

Given that there is no multi-page issue, I'm recanting on the standardization since there's nothing to change!
