Set openshift_master_htpasswd_users in openshift.config #5

It would be nice to set this in openshift.config instead of hardcoded in ansible_hosts.j2.

Loved the idea. This is something easy to implement and gives a flexible way to add a custom user into the cluster and to some demo applications as well.
