Jwcrypto released an API breaking release to handle a security weakeness. Update custodia to make it work with this version. Update also tests to work

Forgot travis is basically defunct, will have to also update CI to run on github actions ...

Merging for now so we can move to working CI I know there are still suprious failures due to one test and urllib But better than what was here before anyway
