A few small changes for BSD support after standalone changes

A collection of small changes:

• Updating tests/helpers and units/tangd.rc.in to account for changes made by #86
• Remove unnecessarily restrictive "nojail" from units/tangd.rc.in in response to request on FreeBSD ports bug tracker
• Adding a couple of Ubuntu releases to the build workflow
