[Tooling] (VSCode) Game Previewer

We want to be able to run the game contextually with the code: a side pane (or a new panel) where the game is executed while you develop it.

Notes

• for the first iteration, we just want to see the game running and the logs beneath it

Notes for the future

• allow different entry points (e.g., start the game from scene X)
• allow debugging (hop on gdb and connect it to VSCode?)
