The merged pull requests for i18n (#353), user settings saving (#380) and dependencies update (#381) require to rebuild the assets.

I think the dist/ should not be in sources but it needs #385 to be solved first.

So, I did a rebuild for now to make it possible to install directly from git without the need of npm & co.
