I would like a config option to disable the "event_stream" url and event popups in the alcali ui.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
the "event_stream" can use a lot a lot of CPU resources on a busy salt server. If a lot of users are using alcali at the same time it can also consume all of the gunicorn threads.

Ability to fully disable the api url + remove the events icon in alcali
