The BRAW Toolbox effect is applied WITHIN the Synchronised Clip.

If you create Multicam Clips from BRAW Toolbox, then you'll need to open the Multicam Clip, then open the first angle, which is a Synchronised Clip, to access the BRAW Toolbox controls.
