Improve how we handle spanned clips #78

If you import a BRAW file that's spanned (i.e. first file is called footage.braw but also has another file called footage.braw2), currently, unlike metadata sidecar files, the BRAW Toolbox Workflow Extension doesn't get sandboxed access to the .braw2 file, nor does the FxPlug4 renderer. As a current workaround, you can drag and drop the .braw AND .braw2 into the Workflow Extension, then use the Grant Sandbox Access button in the Final Cut Pro Inspector to grant access to the .braw2 files.

We need to fix this, so we can sandbox access to the .braw2 in the same way that we can access to the metadata sidecar.
