Implement the Settings button #15

The Settings button in the Controls section currently doesn't do anything.

One thing I know I want to add is ability to "Grant Sandbox Access" so the Lua engine has access to the file system for reading external files, etc.

I'm not sure we need a Settings button currently, so closing for now.
