How did you generate these plots using Graphviz?

Hi Mikal

I'm sorry but I don't have code that generated the dot (Graphviz) file anymore. I can remember that it was made with twopi, with a relatively high value of "ranksep" and by making the fontsize of each circle smaller (in order to make space for more nodes)
