As a user, I would like it to be very obvious when I have run out of free articles for the month and I would like to be able to easily subscribe or purchase the article I am currently attempting to view.
Display the merchant's custom message as configured on the settings page (https://github.com/laterpay/laterpay-wordpress-plugin/issues/1293) on the LaterPay overlay when the user as viewed their quota of articles for the time period
If the merchant has Show Purchase Overlay unchecked on the Appearance tab:
