Update Shame Switcher List #192

Curious how the Shame Switcher list gets updated. I've come across a few users that have changed names but the extension doesn't have their old name configured.

OLD: Jayx77 NEW: .Jayson

OLD: pigvomit NEW: Proximate Cause

Not sure how many others aren't added, but those are the two recent ones I'm aware of.

Should be addressed by 8bbb08f357de50265b894386e134474f65a644ac, and included in 1.72 due out soon. Thanks for contributing.
