Typo in babel-albanian for \tableofcontents #104

The command \tableofcontents produces the following typo: "Përmbajta" is wrong and should be "Përmbajtja" instead.

Thank you. Fixed babel-albanian, and uploaded (https://www.ctan.org/pkg/babel-albanian). Also fixed the corresponding ini file here (to be released soon).
