Under the section [date.gregorian]
Line 77 of the file has --
date.long = [MMMM] [d], [y]
giving the American format of January 1, 1999
Version 1.3 has the correct format
Line 79 of that file has --
date.long = [d] [MMMM] [y]
giving the Australian format of 1 January 1999
