Missing translations of terms in Korean, Japanese, Chinese #78

In the languages Korean, Japanese, Chinese (and others) the translations for e.g. chaptername are missing (for Korean and Japanese they are present in e.g. the polyglossia package). It would make these packages quite a bit more useful.
