Support XeTeX's Graphite renderer #67

You can currently write things like (I think!)

\newfontfamily{\LanglToneContourFontFamily}[Renderer=Graphite,
 RawFeature={Special=Hide tone contour staves}]{Charis SIL}

but that's not very friendly.

Graphite also uses 4-byte characters as feature tag, but doesn't has a fixed set of features; instead it requires to define the own features for fonts.
