Fix "smart quotes" #37

The "smart"-quotes cause errors when the log is being parsed, for example by latexmk

I have no problem to adapt that, the use of quote is a bit inconsequent anyway. But imho it would be better if latexmk wouldn't fail on it. I made the changes now manually as I found other places with quotes too, so I'm closing the pull request.

Side remarks: pull requests should be done against the develop branch, not against main.
