Symbols in Tables named "Bold Italic, Latin" are not italic, in unimath-symbols.pdf #488

Description

The two symbol tables (sec 13.2.5 and 13.2.6 of unimath-symbols.pdf) named "Bold Italic, Latin, uppercase/lowercase" are not italic. The actual symbols in these two tables are the same as symbols in tables "Bold, Latin, uppercase/lowercase".

The mentioned symbols in the latest unimath-symbols.pdf (released with unicode-math v0.8p) look ok.
