Add a hyperlink with issues url to the footer in latex4ei_sheet.cls and to the test files using that class. Existing projects do not need to be explicitly updated and will instead link to https://github.com/latex4ei by default. Here is an example.

I would suggest to add

    \setissueslinkurl{\GitIssuesURL} % Set the actual URL

to latex4ei_sheet.cls so that it doesn't have to be written in the file itself every time.

I found a fix for the languages being swapped. Just had to move the Language section in latex4ei.sty more to the top of the settings.
