As we wanted them just for the paper to be camera-ready.

I really like the running heads for reviewing and it also adds page numbers. This is IMHO very important for co-authors for reviewing. To enable sentences like "you should move that figure from page 5 to page 4".

I tried to provide reasoning for runningheads on 2f60188.
