Fix English name for IPVS #34

The IPVS at University of Stuttgart has the full English name "Institute for Parallel and Distributed Systems" and not "Institute of Parallel and Distributed Systems".

Whould be nice if you added a follow-up PR updating the CHANGELOG (https://github.com/latextemplates/scientific-thesis-cover/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md) accordingly.
