Fix examples #143

Fix the examples (without the "override" option it will constantly regenerate the first example)

Thank you for the PR - and sorry that I did not see it earlier.

Note that development will continue at https://github.com/latextemplates/generator-latex-template, which will (hopefully soon) be used to generate the .tex files in this repository. The main reason is that I want to establish a "platform" for sharing knowledge between templates (e.g., seminar thesis, master thesis, phd thesis)
