npm karma not working

When I run npm karma I get an error:

Specify configs in the ini-formatted file:
    C:\Users\andradegroh.d\.npmrc
or on the command line via: npm <command> --key value
Config info can be viewed via: npm help config

npm@2.15.5 C:\Program Files\nodejs\node_modules\npm

Am I missing any node installation or is this a issue? npm test works good!
