ionic cordova prepare failing #264

Not sure what's going on here at the moment.

The first time it's run, it fails. Removing platforms and plugins and retesting seems to help.

AFAICS the failures are due to our config.xml getting munged into Cordova's example XML at some point during the prep.

Was bc versions in config.xml were out of whack with package.json
