Item to change the default targets of the swapper.
The idea is that you would hit the block with the item, and the block position will be stored in the item. Then you would hit the swapper, on one of the target sides, and that target will be changed to the stores position from the item.
Hitting the swapper should "use" the item, kinda like the item is now put inside the swapper.
