Just an update:
It seems the root cause of the problem is missing firmware
Before This is the filtered boot kernel message

Which firmware is missing
After The following command would put the Cirrus firmware back to the system, following Asus - No sound in 2023 (Firmware Section)
$ cd /tmp
$ git clone https://gitlab.com/asus-linux/firmware
$ cd firmware
$ sudo cp -r cirrus /lib/firmware/
After reboot:
$ journalctl -b -g CSC3551 --output short-monotonic

And it seems the sound is louder. NO NEED PATCHING.
Just find out that some other people mentioned about the CS35L41 fix on other Asus Notebook. Just wonder if it is possible to use it on um5302ta.
EDIT: I tried asus_zenbook_ux3402za but it doesn't work. But I guess it should be a good framework for the working solution of um5302ta. And this line should be the boosting part.
