[BUG] Bottom bar on phone overlaps the button

Describe the bug Bottom bar of a a phone (I have Honor 9x) hides the buttom of the narrator voice saving

How to Reproduce

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Change voice'
3. Scroll down
4. See error
