Navi-X portal down #229

Please provide an update regarding the portal. If funding is needed to upgrade 
hardware, bandwidth, or hosting, please reach out to the Navi-X community. 
There are many users that would be willing to lend a small financial hand. If 
80-90% donated as little as $2 I'm sure that would go a long way with server 
upgrades and bandwidth/hosting upgrades.
