Updated dhcps.static.list1 format #25

After some try-and-trial, I found that the proper format for DHCP reservation should be like this: dhcps.static.list1=1;14:DA:E9:38:EC:40;192.168.1.70

While this format worked in 2 cases out of 3, it was reverted to the original format. Will close the pull request for now and experiment little more.
