Participant identity is ambiguous #147

The current UI for participants is only effective with a profile service.

Since we're unlikely to have a profile service any time soon, the avatars 
should be replaced with something disambiguating, and the full address needs to 
be discoverable.

Simple solution would be to replace the avatars with names (synthesized from 
addresses), with addresses revealed on hover and/or in a profile popup.

This will take about 1 day to wire up.

Fixed by changsets 2ae04b764310 (adds profile cards to display addresses) and 
82875d76a592 (displays name guesses instead of avatars).
