Collapsible boxes in IE are missing shadows #175

Trivial to fix: just add sprite images for a 9-box instead of using css box 
shadow.

I've nearly done this already, so I have all the images and CSS rules prepared, 
but won't be able to submit it until end of December.

If anyone else wants to add this they are welcome.
