Logout does not work #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to a WIAB server, with fake or memory accounts.
2. Click logout

Expected: Return to login screen.  Refreshing earlier pages should all redirect 
to login screen.

Actual: No effect.  After clicking logout, the client reloads.  Authentication 
appears to succeed against all URLs, using old credentials.

As of revision 959 I was unable to reproduce under either Firefox 3.6.16 or 
Chromium 11.0.696.50 (81850) and Ubuntu 10.04.
