Sometimes pasted contents differs from copied contents

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Chrome (I'm on 10.0.648.6 dev)
2. Create a new Wave
3. Enter:
a
b
c
_

(where _ is the caret after you've finished entering)

3. Ctrl+A to select all, Ctrl+C to copy
4. Ctrl+V

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
a
b
c
a
b
c

Actual:
a
b
c
ab

c

What changeset or version are you using? On what operating system?
changeset:   873:8b975695fed1 on tip
Linux
