QUDA for fermions in different representations #644

Hi, It would be nice if one could access quda for Wilson or staggered quarks in different representations. See for example: https://arxiv.org/pdf/0805.2058.pdf

Initial work on this has started in the feature/sextet branch. This development branch aims to add sextet fermion support to the staggered dslash operator. The lessons learned in this can perhaps be extended to different representations beyond this.
