Pelo site, percebe-se que a validação é por Mod11, base 10.

Criar esse método no utilitário de Dígitos Verificadores e aplicar ao 
PIS/PASEP.

Implementação seguiu a forma desenhada para CPF e CNPJ, diferindo do código 
verificado 
na fonte apresentada.

Commit após testes, previstos para os próximos dias.
