support profile definition in pom.mxl of maven #159

problem: some property holder like ${DB.URL} is defined in profile of pom.xml 
of maven. Can RunJettyRun resolve this property holder by setting property 
value in argument or specific file ?

I was surveying this issue before but this one is hard,
It depends the M2E implement , we are hard to resolve this in runtime.

Related issue: Issue 136 .

Will check if there's any solution about this , 
but so far it's still a pending issue.
