Hi,

first of all thank you for maintaining and improving gitx that much. Now to my suggestions - "issues" would be to hard a word here :)

The background of these is that I am mainly working on a laptop, with just limited screen space, especially vertically. Therefore I suggest to

a) If one is on a branch (e.g. clicks on master on the left side of the window) there is a number of mainly branch related icons. These could appear in the windows top toolbar instead, saving space for roughly two lines of text below.

b) When displaying a commit at least I would benefit from a side-by-side view of history and diff. I think this could well go as a personal preference setting.

BTW: any chance to see gitx (L) in the Mac App Store?

Thanks for the suggestions, We are working on a new rewrite version of gitx, we will considerate it. For a openSource project could be complicate be on the AppStrore, licensing problems, but we'll try.

Thanks.
