about mesh video data vtkPolys.zip #1

I am trying to run the second step in readme.md. I have found the website: http://www5.cs.fau.de/conrad/data/heart-model/ But there are no files downloaded to be the vtk format.

How can I obtain the vtkPolys.zip file which I need to load in mva? Thanks!
