About the requirements.txt #5

This is a great work and I want to reproduce the code, but I can't find the requirements.txt file.

Thanks :) I uploaded a requirement file. I haven't worked on the repository since quite a while now and I don't know if it the file is up to date. Hopefully it works 🤞
