Update to mange the user segment when used on the post call in migrate and the request in source.
Also updated with a comment/path to shortening the overall runtime if they don't need all the environments. "dev" rules being less important to map over as an example
Note - I don't have segment access, so took a stab at following the patten. Will need to verify next week
