Add support for mocking launchdarkly-node-server-sdk. Or at the least document that this package is specifically for the react js SDK

Related to #13

We are considering supporting both the js sdk and the node sdk but have no eta right now. I'll keep this issue open and will post an update when there's one. Thank you.
