[WIP] Add Flag treeview #37

This PR add a Treeview to the Explorer tab.

Additional functionality:

Open in Browser from treeview
Copy to clipboard for key value
Toggle flag on/off

TODO:

[x] Clean up duplicate code
[x] Add refresh
[x] ~Remove the info message and change to status bar update~
[ ] Change toggle flag icon
[x] Add config options to disable treeview
[x] Get new flags on config/project change
