The modified lockfile is only used when building the SDK code and does not impact customers. The SDK's redis dependency is declared as "redis": "^3.0.2" which will support updating to 3.1.1. As a result, there's no customer impact by this proposed change.

I updated the dependency to "^3.1.1" on our private mirror regardless, and will include that as part of our next SDK release.
