Popforge still based on Flash9.

You should read http://make-some-noise.info for more information.

The recently FlashPlayer10 has a new native SoundAPI, which makes audio
playback much
more stable. We are planning to update Popforge to Flash10 in time.

Sorry for my late feedback working on some deep code ;-). Thanks for your
reply, and
greetings for your amazing work.

Hope you could solve the current issue for FP10. Any news from Adobe ? I mean
will
you adapt to the current sound API or maybe you expect a new flash update that
correct that ?

Regards

Jeff

Just find a Flash mod player, work fine and no sound gap. Maybe the sound
generation
is different anyway interesting to look at ;-)

I had the same problem. Not sure if my fix is correct or not but it seems to be
working. Basically I
1. removed the filter / effects
2. when creating an AudioBuffer I used the actual values from the loaded wav
3. increased the buffer static public const UNIT_SAMPLES_NUM: uint = 2048*3

If I am totally off then accept my apologies and let us know what the correct
solution is.

Why is this taking so long? Come on, it's just one file to edit. Just get off
your
ass and fix it already.

Seems 8bitboy has been updated on August 22 2009 to support Flash 10 API :-)
work perfectly on my side !! did you plan to publish the source code ? there
is only the Flash 9 code available.

Can't wait to play with ;-)

Jeff
