Research bug with path when app serves /client/dist

To reproduce.

1. Generate client/dist cd client && yarn && yarn build

2. In root dir make && ./bin/launchr web

3. • Open http://localhost:8080 it redirects to http://localhost:8080/actions
   • Reload page. You got 404 page not found

OR

• Go to action page EG: http://localhost:8080/actions/example.actions.platform%3Abuild/show
• Reload page. You got 404 page not found
