Dock: Empty spaces problem #179

Through whatever actions I cannot recall (this has bugged me for a couple
of weeks so I really don't remember), I have empty spaces in the dock.

This leads to two kinds of problems:

  - Newly added icons appear rightmost in the dock, out of sight
  - In order to sideswipe the dock, one has to touch a visible icon

Additionally, every time I try relocating an icon in the dock, it gets
moved to the rightmost position, creating another *empty* space.

Unfortunately, I cannot find an option in ADW to "reset dock".

Suggestions (not all XOR):

  - make empty spaces suitable swipe points
  - remove empty spaces completely if they appear
  - make icons reorderable, even into empty spaces
  - at least (!) give us a "reset dock to empty" option...

I have this problem, and it's bugging the crap out of me, please fix this by 
the next release.

It could be cause of an olf update. AFAIK uninstalling and reinstalling ADW 
should fix the issue and should not happen again.
