repo would be called
laura-313.github.io
and it can just have one index.html file that says hello world
on all project pages, like colmar, within github repo select settings scroll down to source select master save
then colmar will render as subpath of your user page

you can then confirm that mobile settings work on actual phones by emailing yourself the url and clicking on it
