This changes the Copernicus DEM to read an already warped (reprojected) data. Should fix the nan/missing pixels on the bottom and right edges of Topo/Elev covariate stacks.

TODO:

run as a DPS job
Visualize a mosaic, if there's still a gap, then an extra 30m buffer should be kept for visualization.
